Where We Ship

We currently ship within Australia only.
International shipping will be available in the future.


All orders are shipped via Australia Post – Parcel Post.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and external factors:

  • Australia: approximately 2–7 business days

Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.


Tracking

All parcel shipments include tracking.
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once the order has been shipped.

PIN ORDERS

Orders containing only pins are shipped via envelope (Large Letter) through Australia Post.

No tracking included
* Delivery time: 2–7 business days within Australia

If your order hasn't arrived after 10 business days,
contact us and we'll help resolve it.


Delays & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to Australia Post, delivery timelines and handling are managed by the carrier.

While we always aim to assist, ImFrom is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.


Incorrect Address & Lost Parcels

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be re-sent.

If a parcel is marked as delivered by Australia Post but has not been received, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We will assist where possible.
