Return Period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Condition of Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us at soporte@imfromcommunity.com

If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label (for defective or incorrect items) and instructions on how to send your package.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Unauthorized returns or items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

    Return Shipping

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

    Refunds

    Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

    Change of Mind Returns

    We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

    Damages and Issues
    Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly. For defective or incorrectly shipped items, ImFrom will cover the cost of return shipping.


    Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
    The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Made-to-order or personalized items

    • Sale items or gift cards


    Exchanges
    To exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.


    Refunds Processing
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days. Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.

    If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at soporte@imfromcommunity.com
